A Modern Law

Today I finished The Observable Universe by Heather McCalden and on the final page there was this quote that seems so pertinent to the here and now:

‘Godwin’s Law: a facetious aphorism maintaining that as an online debate increases in length, it becomes inevitable that someone will eventually compare someone or something to Adolf Hitler or the Nazis.’
